Happy Birthday Lu-Lu!!! We are so proud of you! You and your big bro had a fun day today, both at home and school. I am not sure if you or Brady enjoyed opening presents more!
It was your big day and you were subjected to three shots at the docs office for your one year check up. It was quite cute to see your first temper tantrum when you crawled across the docs office, threw yourself on your back and wailed! It's your party....... And yes, you read each card carefully and more than once!
Seriously, I can't believe it's been a year. I remember so vividly my first labor pains with you one year ago, the bath and glass of wine (doctors orders) to stop contractions and the rush to the hospital only to deliver you about 10 minutes after the epidural. I remember your big head of hair (like mommy!) when you were born and how full your cheeks were right from the start. It has been such a fast year but I have loved every minute with both you and Brady. You are my little friend, quite fun to dress up and full of amazing smiles. You spoil me with your snuggles and make me chuckle at your spunk and stubborn ways. You and Brady have several similarities but you are uniquely you and you have completed this family!
