Lylah is facing him, sitting a few feet away, same hardwood floor, legs crossed too.

In Brady's hand, a stack of Alphabet flash cards, in no certain order.

He holds up the card, one by one, asking his sister to name the letter.

She got the first few correct......Y, Z, W, O, L, B....

Brady held up the cards, one after another, encouraging her to get it right. And when she missed, he would sound out the letter and name a few things that started with the letter.....Elephant, Egg....c'mon Lylah. You can do it.

I watched the lesson from across the room, quietly putting away dishes and trying not to disturb the phenomenon that was happening between the 3 yr old and 2 yr old siblings. It was fascinating. I only wish I had a picture....
