Toddler no more???

Lylah's teachers told us today that she is bored in their class. They are moving her up to preschool 6 months early and I just don't know if I am prepared for that. Preschool? Baby Lylah? Really? Because she is potty trained and ahead in several areas, they think it's ok for her to go. but what about me???? I am not ready to say my baby is in preschool. Give me another 6 months!!! .........she starts on 9/6.....sigh!
This is the same girl who now says "what the heck" all of the time, points out the castle on her bum, and kisses her blankie and every stuffed animal she can find every morning and night. She is such a ball of emotions (wonder where she picked that up) and has the best facial expressions. Her moments of joy are priceless.....like when she was so proud to pick out our stories tonight, running/bouncing down the hall with her tongue hanging out and mouth wide open, giggling. Just can't get enough.

And Big Brady has started to learn to protect her. He continues to be such a kind soul. Every time I stub a toe or break a nail, he is quick to ask "are you ok"? He always asks if we had a good day and he doesn't hold back in telling me how much he LOVES activities we do like Belleview Park and the swimming pool. At story time tonight, he sat next to Lylah and put his arm around her while they listened to an audio book from Grandmama and Grandbob. Those simple acts make me so completely happy. He is such a trooper....riding his bike all the way to the pool and back....on the big hill by the house he kept saying "I think I can, I think I can" till he made it all the way home.

The birthday suit "pre-bath" dance party tonight was unbelievable. those two still shake their booties better than most.
I wish I had a camera to capture all of these moments, all of the phrases, questions and expressions. I don't want to forget a thing.
