is how I refer to our first family trip to Disneyland. No matter how tired we were, no matter how many miles we walked, every single step was well worth it.
Who knew that bunkbeds could bring such joy at 10pm after a long afternoon of travel?
And I never could have imagined how excited the kids were for every single thing we did (ok...a few of the rides were a bit "scarier" than we expected!!).
Day 1: Disneyland from top to bottom....rides upon ride, Jedi Training Academy, Star Wars, rocket ships, roller coaster, flying elephants, Mickey Parade, and more.
Day 2: 630am.....mickey waffles, Disney California Adventure Park...first thing...my favorite ride of all time at Carsland (Lylah thought it was a bit fast for her style!) Toy Story, Lunch with the Princesses, Goofy's Sky School, Littler Mermaid, Flo's V8 Cafe, Pixar Parade, Color show.....and finally bed....1030pm.....
Day 3: More Disneyland......6 rides in the first hour. Water rides, boat rides, Peter Pan, and more..then nap time for all (Brady, remind me to tell you the story of your nap and the pile of dirty clothes when you get a little older!) Time at the pool, waterslides for all and Mexican dinner with balloon art, Fantasmic and Fireworks to end the journey.
I don't remember being quite that tired in a long time, but I also don't remember ever seeing my two babies this happy, this is awe and this enchanted!
