Job perks

After almost five years, I can say I still love what I do at Children's Hospital Colorado. I feel guilty sometimes because I enjoy my job so much. Don't get me wrong, it can be super busy and there are challenges, but in general, it's the best possible fit for a career for me.
I have some pretty fun projects I get to work on as well. This winter, we were able to unveil the painting of Peyton Manning and two of our patients at our Highlands Ranch Hospital. Definitely one of my proudest projects. and then a very exciting day was when I was able to work on Michelle Obama's visit to the hospital. She came to read holiday books with our patients. Such an amazing lady and very cool to see how her staff operates for visits like this.
I continue to consider myself so lucky to be able to do something I enjoy that has memorable experiences for tons of kid in Colorado and beyond.
