Nov/Dec Fun!

forgot to include this photo on the family photo post but had to include it somewhere, because I love it! 

Love our Thanksgiving tradition with the McManns and Barbics...always a fun time and just such good people. This year, we played a freezing cold game of pickleball with the families, although we missed Lylah (home sick) and Kate (home to even out the numbers). Needless to say, I did not win the tourney :)  This year was different though, as Lylah was diagnosed with both the flu and strep the night before. She had to quarantine in her room or our room the entire day and we missed her tons! 

another fun November happening...jon and I flew on the Broncos plane to Nashville! as always, such a fun experience that will never grow old for me. We were treated to a night at the Grand Ole Opry which was so much more fun that we could have imagined. Sad that the Broncos lost and that our toes froze, but we had a great time regardless! 

and super proud of Lylah for making the Gold Honor Roll (again). She has been excelling at every subject at school and it just seems to come naturally for her. She also  performed in her recital for dance ...I think we counted five dances plus a duet...most dances ever!! 

and a fun month and a half in the pro sports world. Jon and I were invited to the Broncos holiday dinner where we mingled with Russ and Ciara, Pat Surtain (pictured above) and Jonh Elway, amongst others. 

I also had the pleasure of escorting Avs players round the hospital for a holiday visit which was super fun!
