Princess Lylah Bean Turns 14!!!

 My sweet girl is growing up so fast! 14??!!??! 

First....what she did for the Fab 14: 

We like to celebrate the Bday week, not just the day. and why not?!? First, Lylah had a little party with her close friends at an escape room. She really wanted to do the scary one, until she got there and started doing it. Then I got the call to "get her out"! :-) But the girls still had fun, solved the room and came home for Qdoba and ice cream sundaes. 

Then the day of, Lylah had dance practice so she had asiago bagel for breakfast, Ronald McDonald Meal for lunch and her favorite gnocchi and sausage for dinner before going to practice. The fun continued that Friday as Lylah conveniently had the day off of school, so we went shopping at Park Meadows and out to lunch. She got her ears double pierced and used some gift cards, then back home to the Melting Pot with the family and Olivia. As always, a fun experience for sure! 

Second....who she is at Fab 14: 

Lylah is continuing to grow into a beautiful young woman. She is all the mixture of teenage things and of course reminds me of myself many times. She cares, even though she may not always tell you....she does. 

She has a tough exterior some times but a soft interior. She is independent yet also still needs me sometimes. She can be super organized and clean and other times, her room looks like a cyclone hit it. She is incredibly smart and very responsible. She rarely forgets things and is very on top of her school work...gold honor roll all year! 

She loves to come home after school and snuggle in her bed. She likes to camp out in my room and watch her shows...but every once in a while I can convine her to watch something with me and that's the best! 

She loves her brother and looks up to him (whether she will admit it or not) and she has a huge soft spot for Charlie girl. 

She loves her pasta, and has a sweet tooth like me. She has great taste in music and clothes/jewelry and she loves to shop. 

She is a beautiful, talented dancer! She is always calm, and graceful, sassy and precise. I am in awe every time I watch her. 

Watching her laugh is the best thing ever....
